  The Indian air conditioning industry has seen a phenomenal growth in recent years. Air conditioning industry is a key player in Building Engineering Industry and needs quality engineers to sustain the growth. Generally it takes a minimum of one year for the industry to impart training to fresh mechanical/electrical engineers to make them understand HVAC terminology and become productive.
